The packaging varies based on the number and size of items ordered. Each individual shoe is wrapped in a shoe bag for extra protection. Each pair of the shoes is packed in one shoe box to guarantee that the shoes will arrive in good condition. To ensure the privacy of our customers, all packages are shipped in a discreet manner. Packages will be wrapped in plain gray bags or brown cartons. This is to ensure that the contents are not disclosed. International packages are shipped with a customs declaration of contents as “Sample shoes.”

To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.

OPP fashion shoes processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items or custom orders may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.

OPP fashion shoes does not assume any responsibility for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of DHL or any other carrier.

9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.

*We try our best to choose a suitable logistics method to express to you. Generally, there is no tax and fee, but it does not rule out that individual orders are subject to customs duties. If customs duties are to be collected, please collect customs notification information and your order name and send Email to [email protected], our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and reimburse you for half of the tariff.

2. DELIVERY

We are committed to improving our service and our customers’ shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.

We use DHL\UPS\EMS\FedEX for shipping and per order need Shipping fee $15 per order. Free shipping when your order over $100.
